At Artegalata, each piece is individually handcrafted with care and dedication, making every item a unique work of art. Due to the bespoke nature of our ceramics, we have the following refund policy:
• All Sales Are Final: Because each ceramic piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please review all product details, including dimensions, colors, and descriptions, before making your purchase.
• Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
• Filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damages caused during transit (we’ll provide necessary documentation).
• Offering a repair, if feasible, for minor defects.
• Providing store credit or an exchange for a similar item, subject to availability.
• Order Cancellations: If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an item is in the final stages of production or has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order ceramics are non-refunded and non-returnable. We will confirm all details with you before starting production to ensure your vision is met.
