Shipping Policy for Artegalata Studio
At Artegalata Studio, we take pride in handcrafting each ceramic piece with love and care. We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies:
1. Processing Time
Each piece is carefully prepared for shipping, which may take 2-3 days for Hungary, 7-8 days for Europe, 10-11 days for UK, and 13-14 days for USA. After your order is placed. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, and we’ll communicate estimated timelines during the ordering process.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
• We ship to Hungary and Europe using GLS, (DPD if indicated during the checkout) and to UK and USA using Posta24.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
• Options such as track shipping are available where applicable. You’ll see all available options during checkout.
• For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
3. Packaging
We take great care to package your handmade ceramics securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Each piece is wrapped with protective materials and packed to withstand the journey to your doorstep.
4. Responsibility During Shipping
While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is packaged securely, Artegalata Studio is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are here to help! We will:
• Assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier by providing necessary documentation, such as proof of shipment or photos of packaging.
• Work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include offering a replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or a repair (if feasible) to compensate for the issue.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item or expected delivery date with photos of the damage and packaging for us to assist you promptly.
5. Tracking and Delivery
• Where available, we provide tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Artegalata Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, please allow additional time for customs processing. Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and paying any applicable duties or taxes. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or adjust values to avoid customs fees, as this violates international shipping regulations.
