Introduction to ceramics is a weekly course focused on wheel-throwing, trimming, glazing, and studio practices for a one month duration. You'll come to the studio once a week to build a solid foundation for your work. 

This monthly workshop provides an opportunity for skill development and acclimation to the studio's culture. It's a great point if you have little to no experience. Once the workshop is finished, you will have the option to continue with Open Studio practice sessions, where you will have the freedom to join the studio independently during open studio hours and work on your own projects. 

Additionally to your two hours weekly occasions, you will have an extra three hours for glazing (scheduled separately in the final week)

This is a fixed package of 4 throwing sessions +1 separate glazing session — we count sessions, not the number of weeks in a calendar month.
